SAGO CUTLET (Sabudana tikki)
These tikki’s are easy and tasty snack which fits for Navratri as well as for evening snacks. We can do lot of variation with sago, mix it with potatoes or with buckwheat flour it does wonders.
Sabudana has a good amount of nutrient value which we all need to stay active and healthy.So here is the recipe for Sago cutlet with potato. Accompany it coconut chutney or pudina chutney.
1 cup sago
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
* When we soak our sago we have to just drizzle water on on the intervals of 30 min.
* When u check it should be easily pressed.
*Then mix sago, mashed potatoes, salt, cumin seeds & green chilli. Mix it well.
* Now take portion and make small round cutlets.
* To keep it less oily I have pan fried the cutlets in ghee.
