It’s a best breakfast you can have it on your busy mornings. They are super easy and healthy bites which has all the nutrients you want for your daily dose.
We can make this batter ready in just 5 min and cook them instantly.
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup sprouts
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1tsp red chilli
*Mix all the ingredients well.
*Now add curry leaves, mustard seeds and asafoetida tempering.
* Take Appe mould and pour some oil and keep the flame on low.
*Pour 1 tbsp of batter in each mould and let it cook for 1-2 min on each side till it’s crispy.
*Now serve it with coconut chutney.
