This Indian dessert is served cold and preferably to be eaten in hot summers. A beautiful amalgamation of soft cottage cheese balls soaked in thickened saffron pistachio flavoured milk makes your mouth drool .😋😋
We all have sweet memories attached to this beautiful dessert and the name itself brings out the festivities. Its a star of almost all local sweet shops around the country and the taste is just 😋 yum.
In this lockdown this was my second attempt for making this gorgeous dessert. And I am really happy with the results☝️🤗
For rasmalai the key and most important ingredient is the preparation of chenna ( cottage cheese) If you have done that right that means you have won half of the battle.
