RASAM

It is a South Indian delicacy which is soupy in texture and goes perfect for the winter weather. It’s a simple and quick recipe which gets ready in no time. It’s always better to prepare your dry roast rasam masala.

For tadka I have used ghee to give a extra punch of flavours. I usually eat this with rice to complete my daal intake.
