PUMPKIN DATES ROLLS IN SAFFRON SYRUP
Thinly sliced pumpkin panfried in sesame oil with some powdered cinnamon and for filling deseed the dates and finely grind them.
Now place the pumpkin slice fill the dates mix and roll it.
For serving drizzle some saffron infused sugar syrup on these rolls.
