PAPAYA DATE SMOOTHIE
This smoothie has a natural sweetness of Papaya and dates which is luscious and creamy. Smoothie are always so filling and has all the natural ingredients which makes you satisfy and happy for healthy dose intake.
In this I have added one small papaya, 5 deseeded dates, 1/2 cup oat milk and 1/ 3 cup ice.
Blend it to smooth paste & pour it in your smoothie jar. Top it up with chopped papaya, melon seeds & flex seeds.
