Gram flour and semolina bites
Ladoos are becoming a necessity as it’s purest form of healthy bites. I am trying different combination of ladoos with gram flour. This one was also successful and it really satisfy me when I see my daughter gobbles two ladoos together 🤩
This time I have tried gram flour and semolina combination which was soft but has grainy texture of semolina.
It’s a simple recipe which gets ready in no time.
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup gram flour
Take a pan add ghee, semolina and besan. Mix well on low flame. Keep stirring till it changes colour.
Now add 1/2 cup powdered sugar & mix well.
After 2-3 min switch off the flame.
Remove the ladoo mixture to the plate to come to a room temperature.
Now start making small ladoos. This recipe yields 10 ladoos.
