For the Raksha Bandhan occasion I made these super healthy coconut ladoos. These are super moist and soft which just melts in your mouth and at the same time you crave for more.
Best thing we can do in the coconut ladoos is by not adding any other flavour which makes the ladoos taste better and maintain the coconut flavour.
It’s just 3 ingredients recipe.
*In a pan, Mix 2 cup of desiccated coconut and 1/2 cup milk. Mix it well.
*Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir it continuously.
*Mixture will starts to combine together. Turn off the flame 🔥
*Cool the mixture and start to make small balls for the ladoos.
*Coat the ladoos with dry desiccated coconut 🥥
Yields: 14 Ladoos
