Smoothies are best for breakfast they are light on stomach, super healthy and filling on same time. I tried this smoothie with banana, dates and cinnamon flavour, believe me it’s so effortless and so good in taste. Cinnamon flavour takes it another level.

For this recipe you need.
6 deseeded dates
1 banana
1 cup oats milk
1tsp Cinnamon powder
Flaxseeds for toppings.
