Chettinad egg curry 🍛
My family loves egg in all forms, so yesterday I tried this Chettinad egg curry which is different then northern style Indian curry.
This egg curry is spicy and flavourful because of the freshly ground spices.
For that I have used dry red chilli, corriender seeds, peppercorns, grated coconut, fennel seeds and cinnamon. Firstly we have to dry roast these spices and then grind to a fine powder. We can also store these spices for future use.
This curry is effortless and can be your rescue dish 😊😊
