Buns/ Dinner rolls
Today I have tried my hands on baking these gorgeous buns because it’s essential to keep these handy for quick dinners 🥘 To make these light and fluffy buns you just have to follow simple tips and tricks which makes things uncomplicated.
Sharing the measurements.
*1/2 cup lukewarm milk, 1/2 water, 1 tsp sugar and pinch of salt. Mix well.
*Add 1/2 tbsp of yeast in the milk mixture. Keep it aside for 5 min.
* Take 2 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour and knead the dough with the yeast mix for at least 10 min.
* Now cover the dough and keep aside for 1 hour.
