BUCKWHEAT CUTLETS ( Kuttu ki tikki)
As the Navratri’s are here so buckwheat is a must preparation in our house. It is a good source of protein and fiber. So my daughter also shared some with curd and relish it. This time I have pan fried these tikki’s in ghee and it tastes same.
It’s a simple process to make these delicious tikki’s at home.
1 cup Buckwheat flour
1 green chilli
Salt as per taste.
Mix all ingredients and make a dough out of it. Add water if required.
As it’s a Navratri food I don’t play with masala’s here.
*Take small portions and make round tikki’s.
* Pan fry these tikki’s in ghee and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Press these tikki’s with fork to make them crispier.
Now Indulge these with curd/ pudina chutney.
